SGS are currently investigating an issue where upon attempting to submit an amendment to a CDS declaration or address a credibility check, SGS becomes unresponsive and will not progress to submission to HMRC.
We have reported the issue as urgent and will update here once the issue has been resolved.
In the meantime, please contact the Helpdesk team if you need to make an amendment to an existing entry.
